To the DXer and to the contester, the Map is very important. Especially during contests where the grid co-ordinates may be needed. It is important that you get the right information. Here is the website. You may look for your co-ordinates on the grid if you search for your own, or somebody else's callsign in the USA. However, you'll need to know your exact lattitude and longitude. For DXing however, you will need an Azimuthal map...that is, the plane of reference is the startpoint. A wikipedia search will give you a more detailed description of it. Here below are the examples of the grid, and Azimuthal Map systems. Also, I will include a worldwide map of the callsigns. Remember A, W, N, and K are for the USA.
