Keeping the Time

Keeping the time is very important in all radio communications.  On the  here, you'll find that I placed a clock that is in the 12 hour format.  This is the Universal Co-ordinated Time (UTC) not local time.  This is done through the National Institute of Scientfic Standards atomic clock, and atomic clock stations WWV, WWVB, and WWVH.  These stations operate on the HF frequencies of 2.5, 5, 10, 15, and 20 meter bands.  here is what UTC looks like...
